Kimberly Rojas is an Associate Attorney with the Randall B. Isenberg Law Firm. As a Texas native and first-generation American, Kim brings a unique perspective and unwavering dedication to the field of criminal defense. With a lifelong passion for criminal justice, she has honed her skills to provide vigorous representation for her clients. Kim was a prosecutor for several years before joining the firm. She specialized in juvenile justice at the City of Dallas Municipal Court, where she also volunteered her time to assisting local high school students in Teen Court. Kim went on to become an Assistant District Attorney for Dallas county, where she quickly climbed the ranks to become the Chief Misdemeanor prosecutor in various Dallas County courts. During her time as a prosecutor, Kim gained valuable trial experience by prosecuting over a dozen jury trials cases. Using her courtroom confidence and tactful negotiation skills, she is able to achieve favorable outcomes for her clients. Combining her prior experience with a deep understanding of the law, Kim is committed to tirelessly defending the rights of those facing legal challenges. Her mission is to ensure justice is served and rights are upheld with compassion, integrity, and fervor.
Originally from Texas, she resided in Plano until she graduated from Plano East Senior High and went on to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communication. Engaging in her high school’s mock trial team, she maintained her passion for the legal realm by undertaking internships with law firms specializing in various areas of law, such as personal injury, criminal defense, and family law. In 2016, she graduated from the University of Oklahoma. Kim then moved back home, where she earned her law degree at UNT Dallas College of Law. Kim completed the evening student program and achieved her spot on the Dean’s List, while also juggling her position as a full-time paralegal by day. Throughout her law school journey, she actively contributed to the Joyce Ann Brown innocence clinic, where she served as a student-attorney providing legal services to Dallas County inmates seeking exoneration for crimes they did not commit. Since 2016, Kim has been immersed in the legal field, accumulating valuable experience in criminal law, in both the trial and pre-trial stages of the legal process. With her unique skill set, she ensures each client receives the diligent defense they deserve.
