The Randall Blair Isenberg Criminal Defense Lawyer Scholarship For Texas Law Students is open to students currently enrolled in or formally accepted to any accredited Texas Law School.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old by the time of award and Texas permanent resident.
Applicants may not be employees of the Law Offices of Randall B. Isenberg, temporary residents, or international students.
Only one (1) submission per applicant is allowed.
The scholarship winner will be determined by our review committee alone and all decisions are final.
The Law Offices of Randall B. Isenberg is not responsible for technical issues that prevent complete applications from reaching the review committee.
Incomplete submissions will be discarded and not considered for the scholarship.
PRIVACY STATEMENT
Anyone who meets the following conditions is NOT eligible to apply:
- Employees or children of employees of Law Offices of Randall B. Isenberg
- Past recipients of the Alcohol Addiction Awareness Scholarship or Criminal Defense Lawyer Scholarship For Texas Law Students.
- Applicants who are unable/unwilling to be interviewed by a representative of Law Offices of Randall B. Isenberg if he/she were to be awarded the scholarship. Winners will be required to send in a head shot or professional photo of his or her self including a bio and their winning essay.
- Applicants who submit the same essay for multiple scholarships
Any and all materials and information submitted to Law Offices of Randall B. Isenberg for the purpose of scholarship application shall become the property of Law Offices of Randall B. Isenberg but no personal information will be sold or publicly distributed, except as otherwise indicated in this paragraph. All information shall be used for the sole purpose of determining the scholarship winner. The winner’s name will be used in a public announcement of award, and may be posted on the Law Offices of Randall B. Isenberg website and distributed in a press release to relevant media outlets.
NOTICE OF APPLICATION STATUS
Scholarship winner will be identified a few days after application deadline. Only the winner will be notified. Check our website periodically for award announcements. Because we anticipate a large number of applications, we regret that we will be unable to answer any questions or provide feedback on any application.
STATEMENT OF NON-DISCRIMINATION
The Randall Blair Isenberg Criminal Defense Lawyer Scholarship For Texas Law Students selection committee will make the sole determination of the winner. Scholarship award will be made on the merits of the application alone, with emphasis on history of community service and the essay, and neither age, gender, religion, race, national origin, familial status, nor any other protected class will influence the committee’s decision. All decisions are final.
