Leah Lucius is a Senior Associate Attorney with the Randall B. Isenberg Law Firm. She became a Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1998 at Texas Tech University School of Law. Her career spans well over one hundred trials in both government and private practice. She has significant experience investigating, and prosecuting clients in a broad range of white collar criminal cases, including securities fraud, identity theft, Medicare and welfare fraud, misapplication of fiduciary assets, insurance fraud, and the purchase and sale of receivables. She also has extensive experience in the defense of defendants in all matters criminal and in CPS cases.
Leah has a strong working relationship with various state and federal agencies from her time in the government. As an Assistant District Attorney for Dallas County, Leah was responsible for preparing indictments for financial crimes. She has coordinated numerous white collar criminal investigations with both state and federal agencies. Leah was also appointed as special prosecutor on an array of welfare fraud cases, including those involving Housing and Urban Development, Health and Human Services, and the Texas Workforce Commission. Leah has also received training from the FBI and LAPD in cyber security, securities, and profiling.
